Valentíne Catapano comes to us with nearly 6 years of experience in numerous markets including multi-family affordable housing and senior living. With a passion for design, Valentíne takes pride in seeing a project from conceptual design to construction administration. She also brings her loves of fashion and coffee all the way from Staten Island, NY and has found her niche here within the hospitality studio. The only other place she’d rather be is the beach! When she’s not in the office Valentíne spends her time with her boyfriend, Kevin, renovating their 1900 Franklin Park home or exploring with her dog, Bronson. She dreams of the NY Jets winning a Super Bowl in her lifetime!

Matt Althouse has over 15 years of diverse industry experience in industrial, restaurants, and workplace markets.  After working on hundreds of projects, his favorite thing is being able to walk through the space upon completion and experience each unique design.  When he isn’t at the office, Matt enjoys DIY projects at home, working on his 1946 Willys Jeep CJ2a, and collecting LEGO. His current builds include a mailbox and a zipline and his last LEGO builds were the Thor Hammer, Land Rover Discovery and Succulents.  He has purchased way more than he has built!

Brooke Jones started her career in the commercial furniture industry, where she gained extensive insights in FF&E specification across workplace, healthcare, and higher education markets. Brooke has a high level of attention to detail and her favorite part of the design process is bringing conceptual ideas to life that exceed the client’s vision. Brooke spends most of her free time with her son, Arlo. She also enjoys outdoor adventuring, salsa dancing, cycling, running, hiking, and all types of yoga. Her favorite foods are avocados, tacos, and anything that pairs well with red wine! She’s been retired from the sport of gymnastics since 2010, but still enjoys standing on her hands from time to time!
