Maintaining a corporate standard across all franchise operations is a difficult task. After designing the initial RealLiving logo, it was up to Design Collective to develop and document the standards for the use in all 160 offices nationwide.

Coordinating the efforts from the beginning of the process provided DCI the opportunity to highlight the importance of the "sacred element" to the RealLiving brand, and encourage local ownership, while keeping the main design intent as it was first illustrated.
