The Deupree House

In over 18 years of service to Episcopal Retirement Homes, Inc., DCI has consulted on a number of projects for Independent Living, Assisted Living, Complete Care, and Dementia Units.

Recently completed is the new $22 million expansion to The Deupree House, in Cincinnati's Hyde Park neighborhood. This project, in association with SFCS (Roanoke, VA) adds 60 new, traditional-styled residential units and a Wellness Center which provides a pool, exercise facilities, a chapel, and an event center and lounge. The project also included a major expansion of the main dining facility.

Design Collective was responsible for all interior finishes and accessories, as well as signage design.
