The conversion of a 4,800-square-foot former Ponderosa restaurant has become a smokehouse concept serving casual bar-b-que. Shorty's success has allowed an established restaurant family to expand their local market by offering new cuisine and capturing a wider demographic.

Design Collective created Shorty's overall graphic identity program, including consulting on the name, as well as selecting the typography and brand colors. Applications include menus, glassware, sauce labels, and T-shirts.
