There are 210 buildings on the Ohio University campus and DCI was charged with designing an interior signage standard that was intended to be adopted across the campus. The OU project binder included all directory, directional, room identification, special instance, and ADA sign types needed for the campus. Aware of the financial investment OU was undertaking, Design Collective developed a modular system that focused on the arrangement of common elements to determine the use and unique look of each sign type.
